The Fermentation Fair is an annual celebration of fermented food in Maine and a one-stop shop for learning different methods of fermentation. Come experience the flavor explosion and multi-cultural traditions of fermentation through workshops, demonstrations, vendors, samples, culture swapping, and ferment judging.
